The San Dimas Jazz Workshop Big Band will return to CPC on Saturday, August 24, performing their “Big Band Tribute”. Led by noted jazz educator and California Alliance for Jazz Hall of Fame honoree, Ed Wolfe, the show features the best of big band music from the 1920s through the 1970s played by top local jazz musicians. The band will be joined by renowned jazz vocalist, Sylvia Boyd. The concert will be in the CPC sanctuary at 7:00 PM There is no admission fee. A free-will offering will be asked with all funds going to the support of the CPC choir.
