Reflecting on the Tree of Life

This month our warm summer nights will allow us to experience Jazz Vespers in our tree shaded Angell Courtyard. Our music and reflections will encourage us to contemplate the many meanings trees hold in our spiritual journey: home, abundance, and connection as well as barriers, entanglements and risks. Our roots keep us grounded; our branches stretch us beyond our limits. 

The music is offered by The Ron Kobayashi Trio featuring vocalist Debbi Ebert, a group of exceptional musicians from the Los Angeles area. They come through the California Jazz Arts Society (CalJAS), under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation law for public and charitable purposes 501c3, and help to preserve and promote jazz and other American art forms through concerts, workshops, and presentations

A free-will donation will be accepted to support the Jazz Vespers series as well as Claremont Presbyterian Church’s mission partners.
